EL DORADO, Ark. (AP) Workers with Union Pacific are cleaning up after 80 barrels of oil spilled in south Arkansas when a contractor for the railroad accidentally ruptured an oil line.
A Union Pacific Corp. spokeswoman tells the El Dorado News-Times (http://is.gd/t3RXFF ) that the contractor was loading rock and ballast Wednesday morning when the rear tire of a heavy piece of machinery sunk into the mud and struck a plug on a pipeline. Continued
