Broken rail suspected in train derailment

CIRCLEVILLE - A deteriorated rail is believed to be the culprit of a train accident Monday that overturned three Norfolk-Southern railroad cars and knocked two more off the tracks.
According to reports from the Pickaway County Sheriff's Office, the train was on the spur track leading from Cargill to the main Norfolk-Southern track when the incident occurred just south of Williams Drive about 400 feet north of the switch to the main track. Continued
