PERRY COUNTY, MO (KFVS) -
A train dragged a car 200 yards after the driver ignored railroad crossing gates, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
It happened at 2:15 a.m. Monday on Hwy. 51 at McBrides Crossing.
Troopers say a 21-year-old man driving a 1996 Dodge Intrepid ignored railroad crossing gates and warning lights and struck the side of an empty Burlington Northern locomotive car. Continued
