Rail-delivered CAPP coal prices fall for third straight OTC session

Rail-delivered (CSX) Central Appalachian thermal coal prices fell for a third consecutive session in a quiet over-the-counter market Tuesday, though prices remained at a modest premium to the barge-delivered product.
The 12,500-Btu/lb CSX rail spec was seen transacting in both the physical and swaps markets.
Separately, the January 2012 12,000-Btu/lb CAPP barge contract traded outright for the first time. Continued
