Planners hopeful for Amtrak stop near Pa. trail

ROCKWOOD, Pa.—Local planners hope to know by January whether they're getting $4 million to build a bicycle-friendly stop near the Great Allegheny Passage in Somerset County.
The Tribune-Democrat of Johnstown ( http://bit.ly/u2rqzA) says officials with developer Michael Baker Corp. are hopeful and say the project's low overhead makes it attractive. Continued
