CLEMSON — Rande McClellan and his dog Trouble secured a ringside seat on the Starbucks patio to watch the long-awaited installation of the Clemson railroad trestle.
After several hours of watching low-level work at the intersection of U.S. 123 and S.C. 133, which caused some traffic delays but no major problems, McClellan and his dog called it a day and went home.
