MnDOT to develop Zip Line corridor

The Olmsted County Regional Railroad Authority and the Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin developing the Zip Line high-speed rail corridor between the Twin Cities and Rochester, MnDOT announced Friday.
The two organizations recently signed an agreement to move forward with a $2.3 million planning effort to implement a 150-plus mph high-speed rail service between the Twin Cities and Rochester. Continued
