Final Team Track Hurdle Faces City

The city [Washington, MO] has one final hurdle to clear before work can begin on constructing a new industrial rail siding off West Main Street.
Delaying the start of the long-awaited project is final approval between the city and Union Pacific Railroad of an industry track agreement for the proposed spur, said Darren Lamb, community and economic development director. Continued
