Anonymous donors pledge aid for railroad depot

Blue Springs, MO - Mary Potter believes that Blue Springs got an early Christmas present this year – to the tune of $25,000.
The hefty donation doesn’t exist quite yet, but an anonymous Blue Springs couple will make it very real if organizers behind saving the Chicago and Alton Depot in the downtown area come up with $16,000. “It’s safe to say, I think, that the city got an early Christmas present,” Potter said Tuesday. “I just can’t believe it.” Continued
