City Okays Agreement With Railroad for Team Track Signalization

The city [Washington, MO?] took another step this week toward construction of a team track rail siding in the west industrial park off West Main Street.
During their meeting Tuesday night, city council members approved an ordinance authorizing an agreement between the city and Union Pacific Railroad. Under terms of that agreement, the city will make a $75,000 deposit with the railroad to begin design work on new signalization needed for the rail siding. Continued
