Michigan to get $200M for high-speed rail

Michigan officials are expected to learn today the state has won about $200 million in federal funds to make high-speed rail a reality.
Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood is to announce the awards today at Detroit's Amtrak station, two people with knowledge of the plans who were briefed on the announcement said late Sunday. Continued
