Flooding cuts Amtrak Montreal service

(UPI) Heavy rain on the New York-Vermont border Wednesday drained into rivers already swollen by snow melt and earlier storms and disrupted Amtrak rail service.
Amtrak suspended service between Albany, N.Y., and Montreal, the Albany Times Union reported. A section of track was flooded 2 miles from the village of Whitehall, near Lake George. Continued
