Canadian National Railway's plan goes before city council

Canadian National Railway’s plan for a truck and train project with closed container would involve 160 trucks making 320 trips a week, according to information to be considered by the Chippewa Falls City Council on Tuesday night.
The council meeting at 6:30 p.m. will be in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 30 W. Central St.
Patrick Walron of the railroad said on Friday that he will speak at Tuesday’s council meeting, but he offered no details. Continued
