Bridge to renovate Michigan train station

An architect has been hired to spearhead the first stages of renovation at the dilapidated Michigan Central Depot, the Ambassador Bridge company announced Thursday.
Quinn Evans Architects based in Ann Arbor has been retained to design restoration of the windows and roof of the old train station -located on the edge of Corktown in Detroit, just east of the bridge.
"We hope this is just the beginning of a renaissance for the depot," said Matthew Moroun, son of the owner Matty Moroun and the bridge company's vice-chairman. Continued
