Amtrak's Albany-to-Montreal service to resume

(AP) Amtrak is resuming passenger service between Albany and Montreal, a day after trains were halted because of flooding along a stretch of tracks in the eastern Adirondacks.
CP Rail owns the north-south tracks used by Amtrak, which runs one train each way daily between Montreal and the Albany-area station. Continued
